This is a diaphragm-type polarographic sensor that can be used for a wide range of residual chlorine measurement applications, including pure water, seawater, wastewater, food, and groundwater.
The Q46H/62-63 residual chlorine meter adopts a polarographic membrane sensor, allowing for the direct measurement of free chlorine, active chlorine, and combined chlorine (monochloramine) without the need for reagents.
Due to its diaphragm-type sensor, it is less affected by changes in the measurement liquid or impurities, enabling the measurement of residual chlorine in electrolyzed hypochlorous water, seawater, wastewater, hot springs, and pure water. Additionally, since the electrode does not come into direct contact with the measurement liquid, it is less prone to contamination and has a long lifespan.
By adding a pH sensor option, simultaneous measurement of chlorine and pH is possible. The pH correction function allows for measurements even when the pH value is high or fluctuating. It has a wide measurement range, capable of measuring low concentrations below 1 mg/L and high concentrations above 100 mg/L with a single unit.
